With over 20 years of dance experience, Sam brings a powerful mix of passion, precision, and purpose to every class she teaches. Specializing in both advanced and intermediate choreography while also teaching beginner and beginner+ heels, her classes are a space where dance meets empowerment.

Having grown through the ranks of the heels and hip hop competition communities as an adult dancer, Sam deeply understands the journey—and the courage—it takes to step into your power. Her teaching style is rooted in confidence building, body positivity, and creating a supportive environment where students feel seen and celebrated.

Sam is thrilled that ConfiDanse is back and better than ever—this time, nothing’s holding it back! Catch her in class, living her best life, and rocking the body she's in!  She’s ready to help you do the same!

Dorian has about 12 years of dance experience and continues to learn and share his knowledge of dance with others. He took his first hiphop class when he was 11 years old and has fallen in love with dance since then! He’s done everything from competitions and travelling around Canada to becoming a heels teacher and teaching weekly combos! Dancing in heels has really allowed him to become so much more confident in himself and has made him feel like such a sexy badass. He can’t wait to be in class with you and create some dance magic!! 

Tanya has a strong background in the performing arts, training in ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical since the age of 10 as a competitive dancer. She has performed in musical theatre, including staging and design, with various theatres and the Bishop Carroll Musical Theatre and Drama program. A trained vocalist, Tanya has competed solo and in choir at the Kiwanis Music Festival and performs annually at the Calgary Performing Arts Festival. She is also an experienced coach, leader, and mentor, passionate about helping others reach their potential on stage.
